Draw-Down Chuck

	This chuck is a 8 inch, 3-jaw draw-down chuck. Our customer needed a way to ensure part was being held tight against the part stop during machining. Our customer was machining a gear carrier where repeatibility had to be less than .0005. We proposed this design to replace their current 3-jaw sliding chuck that was not performing to their needs. This chuck was fit into the old machine envelope with exact part stop heights and exact chuck diameter and weight specifications.
